* “Website changes” in this respect means, small, not time-intense website adjustments, like small design changes (color, quick text edits, new logo, etc.), upload of a small number of images, embedding of Youtube links, upload of short text snippets to already existing pages, etc. – Webdesign Package Business Mini includes – respectively per year – 1 change, Business Basic includes 2 changes and Business Plus includes 3 changes – bigger changes or more changes than included (assessment of the task(s) resides 100% with us), are going to be charged, according to our fee and of course in accordance with our client.

** After the first year (full 365 days) and every year thereafter (yearly contract renewal), a yearly service fee becomes due of €79,- for Business Mini, €179,- for Business Basic, and €279,- for Business Plus for webspace (website + email account), domain and software updates.

*** “int. TLDs” means international top-level-domains (TLDs – domain endings): .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz – further TLDs optional on request (.at, .de, .ch, .eu, etc.)

**** “Regular Website back-ups” are not part of the contractual agreement between POWRdesign and the client, thus they are a free-of-charge add-on, that cannot be legally claimed by the client
