4. Cookies
We use cookies on this website. Cookies are small text files that are automatically created by the browser and stored on your end device when our site is accessed. Cookies do not cause any damage to the end device, but are used to make Internet offers more user-friendly, effective, and secure.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies.” A “session cookie” stores information that enables us to recognize a user of our website. These cookies are automatically deleted after leaving our site.
Persistent cookies remain stored on your end device until they are deleted by you or automatically deleted by your web browser. For example, the login status can be saved or preferred content can be displayed directly when the user revisits a website.
Third-party cookies are mainly used by advertisers (so-called third parties) to process user information.
You can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Already set cookies can be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programs. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
5. Collection of General Data and Information
Our website powrdesign.com collects general data and information with each call. This data is stored on servers in so-called server log files. The following data can be collected:

A combination of this data with other data types is not carried out.
We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website – for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.
The collection of this data and information is based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
6. Newsletter Subscription
On powrdesign.com, you have the option to subscribe to our company newsletter. Through this newsletter, we inform our subscribers about our offers and provide information about our activities and scope. You can generally receive our newsletter only if you have a valid email address and actively register for the newsletter. A confirmation email is sent to the registered email address for legal reasons. This confirmation email serves to verify whether you are the owner of the email address and agree to receive the newsletter (double opt-in procedure).
The personal data transmitted to the data controller when subscribing to the newsletter is determined by the input mask used for this purpose.
When registering for the newsletter, we store the following data:
- IP address of the computer system used at the time of registration
- Date and time of registration
- Email address
The collection of this data is necessary to be able to trace the (possible) misuse of the email address at a later point in time.
The personal data collected as part of the newsletter service will only be used for sending our newsletter and will never be disclosed to third parties.
The consent given to store the data, the email address, and their use for sending the newsletter can be revoked at any time. For the purpose of revoking consent, a corresponding link can be found in each newsletter.
7. Contact via Contact Form
A contact form is available on the powrdesign.com website. If you use this contact form to get in touch with our company, your personal data (name, email address, message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and contacting you. The processing of personal data is based solely on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). No disclosure of this personal data to third parties will take place.
8. Contact via Email or Phone
If you contact us by email or phone and transmit personal data to us (name, email address, address, or other personal information), we will use this information only for the specified purpose, store it securely, and not disclose it to third parties.
9. Storage Duration
Unless a more specific storage period is mentioned in this Privacy Policy, personal data will remain with our company until the purpose for data processing ceases. If you assert a legitimate request for deletion or revoke consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless our company has other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g., commercial retention periods); in the latter case, deletion will occur after the reasons for storage no longer apply.
10. Social Media / Social Networks
Our company has public profiles on social networks. If you are logged into your social media account and visit our social media presence, the operator of the social media portal can associate this visit with your user account (so-called “retargeting”). Your personal data may also be collected if you are not logged in or do not have an account with the respective social media provider. In this case, data collection can be done, for example, through cookies stored on your end device or by capturing your IP address.
The data collected in this way can be used by social media providers to create user profiles containing your preferences and interests. In this way, interest-based advertising can be displayed within and outside the respective social media channel. If you have an account with the respective social network, personalized advertising can be displayed on all devices on which you are logged in.
Legal basis
Our social media profiles are intended to ensure the most comprehensive visibility on the Internet. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The analysis processes carried out by social media networks may be based on different legal bases, which are to be indicated by the operators of the social media networks (e.g., your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
Data controllers and assertion of rights
When you visit one of our social media profiles, we are jointly responsible with the operator for the data processing operations triggered by this visit. You can assert your rights (information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and complaint) with us as well as with the provider of the respective social media channel.
Storage duration
We will delete the data directly collected by us via the social media presence as soon as the purpose for storage ceases, you request us to delete it, you revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your end device until you delete them. Legal provisions (such as retention periods) remain unaffected.
Our company has no influence on the storage duration of your data stored by the operators of the social networks for their own purposes. For details, please contact the operators of the social networks directly (e.g., refer to their privacy policies).

- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
